EFG Eurobank Finance

EFG Eurobank Finance’s services cover the following main areas:

Mergers & Acquisitions

EFG Eurobank Finance can assist in acquisitions, sales and spin-offs of businesses, mergers, joint ventures, leveraged recapitalizations, leveraged buy-outs (LBOs) and management buy-outs (MBOs). Our typical services include identifying acquisition targets or potential investors, contacting sellers and buyers, negotiating, performing due diligence and valuation of the businesses, designing deal structure and other supplementary services.

Business Valuation & Financial Modeling

EFG Eurobank Finance provides business valuation services in accordance with internationally accepted appraisal standards, having an ANEVAR authorized specialist in its team. We offer independent financial model review services and assist companies in business plan preparation.

Privatizations

We work closely with Romanian Government institutions in charge with privatization of state-owned companies. We advise them on the development of privatization strategies and assist them along the entire process of selling their participations to local or international private investors. In some cases we provide advice on companies restructuring, either before starting the privatization process or as a result of change in ownership.

Project Finance

EFG Eurobank Finance advises its clients on the creation of special financing structures in order to undertake complex financing transactions in Romania.

Financing

EFG Eurobank Finance’s advisory services are complemented by the possibility of actually raising the financing needed for the deals on which advice is provided. This can be achieved through private equity with the involvement of the private equity funds active in Romania, through an IPO on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, in which case we co-operate with our colleagues in EFG Eurobank Securities or as straight bank debt, with the support of our parent company, Eurobank EFG Ergasias, the leading private bank of Greece.
