Manuela Ogrinja, Markets Special Transactions Specialist

Markets Special Transactions Specialist with EFG Eurobank Securities, Ms. Ogrinja graduated with the Polytechnic University of Bucharest. She also attended an investment banking training course organized by Wasserstein Perella in New York, a capital markets development programme organized by Ernst &Young Romania, and a financial analysis and management training courses with the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. She earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, upon completion of 3 examination levels and accumulation of relevant experience. She is a regular member of the CFA Institute and of its Romanian chapter, CFA Romania. She is presently member of the research team, and her experience includes research, capital markets services, corporate finance and financial advisory.
